We’re all looking for a little extra time in our jam packed schedules, and we can help. We'll come to your house twice a week to pick up dirty items then return them fresh and clean. All at no additional charge - zip, zilch, nada. If you love the idea, but aren't sure how often you need our help, that's ok. We have on-demand options as well. How Do I Sign Up For Delivery Service?
You can sign up on-line using the sign up form or, if you prefer things "old school" you can call and talk to live person.
How Does The Free Delivery Service Work?
It's very simple and convenient. Once you've signed up, we come by your house twice a week. Each time, we'll pick-up your dirty laundry and / or deliver your clean items. We provide you with custom garment bags for your dirty laundry and door hook to return your clean items.
How Do I Know if I'm In Your Delivery Service Area?
There is a really good chance you are. We service Chesterfield, Ballwin, Ellisville, Des Peres, Town and Country, Kirkwood, Webster, Frontenac, Ladue, Clayton, Olivette, the CWE, South City and more. Sign up, or call and someone will be happy to confirm delivery for you and let you know when we service your neighborhood!
What if I'm Not Home For The Delivery?
No bigs! Most of our customers are busy people and don't have time to wait around for us.
What Should I Put My Dirty Items In For Pick Up?
For your first order you can use an existing garment bag, hamper or even a trash bag. Our driver will transfer the items to a custom bag and leave another with you for your next visit. From that point on, you will use your custom PLEATS bags.
How Early Do I Need To Have My Laundry Out For Pick-Up?
We ask that you put your bag out by 8:00 am. That is when our drivers leave the store, typically arriving at their first stop shortly thereafter.
How Do I Pay / Am I Billed?
Store customers can pay using cash, check or credit card. For delivery customers, your credit card is charged each time your clean clothes are delivered to you. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex.
What About Tough Stains, Will They Come Out?
In every case, we will do our best. Our stain specialists are very good, but in some cases, once a stain has set in (time and heat are the enemies here) and become part of the fabric, excessive removal efforts will only lead to color loss and fabric damage.

We live in St. Louis, our kids go to school here, we eat at the same restaurants you do and shop in the same stores.
